All exchanges must be addressed within 14 days of receiving products.

In order to process an exchange or return, all products must be unworn with its original packing — otherwise you will not qualify for an exchange/return.

Exchanges and returns can only be processed if the products have clear factory defects or you were shipped the incorrect item.

Instructions for Returning Goods

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having.

Over 90% of cases are due to some misunderstanding/confusion about the authentic counterpart’s style. More often than not, we are able to sort out the issue without you having to send anything back.

If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back under our 14 Days refund window.

Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by Post Office rather than private couriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc…
